Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Kimolo, a Discord bot/application, and its website at kimolo.dev (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and remove the application from any server you manage, where applicable.
In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of Kimolo. If you configure the application for a server, you must have permission to do so.
Your use of Discord
You must meet Discord’s eligibility requirements and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as applicable laws. Kimolo is an independent application and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord.
Appropriate use
Use Kimolo responsibly and respect other people and the servers in which it operates. You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, spam, or infringement of others’ rights.
- Attempt to access information or systems without authorization, bypass permissions, or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Disrupt the Service, overload its infrastructure, or interfere with other users’ access.
- Use the application to collect or disclose others’ information without appropriate authorization.

Availability and feature changes
We aim to keep Kimolo useful and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, technical issues, and changes to Discord or other providers may affect access or functionality.
We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features or the Service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of changes that significantly affect use. Urgent security or operational changes may take effect without advance notice.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Kimolo at any time. Server administrators can remove the application from their servers through Discord.
We may restrict, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect users or the Service, meet legal obligations, or discontinue the Service. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may contact [email protected] to ask about a restriction.
Removing the application does not itself constitute a request to delete all stored data. See the Privacy Policy for deletion requests.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We do not exclude any warranty, guarantee, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the Service. Any liability will be assessed in light of our responsibility for the loss and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves or requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. For material changes, we will seek to provide reasonable notice through the Service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using the Service.
